You have probably heard this quote from Peter Drucker before but I firmly believe in it. Every modern day firms goal should be to build a great working culture that is authentic, visible and palpable and underpinned by a set of core values.

No matter what your product, harnessing your own talent should be a key reason why clients want to work with you.

I have had the joy of growing teams of young ambitious individuals who want to work and play hard. Ultimately, I believe in empowering everyone, in respect, in accountability and in enjoying their personal journey.

Gone are the days of just taking home a salary at the end of each month. We spend a considerable amount of our time at work, we all work incredibly hard and we want employees to enjoy that time to the fullest. If they do, it goes without saying that their productivity and creativity will increase.

Recent projects include:

  • Defining core values and publicising an internal culture paper

  • Coaching management to improve leadership capabilities

  • Establishing a firm wide objectives and appraisal process

  • Implementing simple tools to help management own the above e.g. Perkbox and Office Vibe.
